Welcome to Cloud Pathways Tuition! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking lessons with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Information

1.1 Cloud Pathways Tuition provides online English tutoring for children and adults.
1.2 All lessons are conducted online via platforms such as ClassIn and Google Classroom.
1.3 These terms apply to all students, parents, and guardians using our services.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 All lessons must be booked in advance via our booking system.
2.2 Payments must be made before the lesson date.
2.3 Packages and subscriptions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson. Failure to do so may result in the lesson being forfeited without a refund.
3.2 If Cloud Pathways Tuition needs to cancel a lesson, we will offer a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time.

4. Lesson Conduct & Expectations

4.1 Students should be punctual and attend lessons in a distraction-free environment.
4.2 Parents/guardians of younger students may be present but should not interfere with the lesson.
4.3 Any inappropriate behavior during lessons may result in lesson termination without a refund.

5. Technology & Technical Issues

5.1 Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a webcam for online lessons.
5.2 If technical issues arise due to the student's internet/device failure, the lesson may not be rescheduled or refunded.
5.3 If technical issues occur on the tutor's side, the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

6.1 All personal information provided to Cloud Pathways Tuition is kept confidential and used only for lesson-related purposes.
6.2 Lessons may be recorded for educational and quality improvement purposes, but recordings will not be shared without consent.

7. Refunds & Termination

7.1 Refunds are not provided for missed lessons, late cancellations, or lack of student progress.
7.2 Cloud Pathways Tuition reserves the right to terminate lessons due to repeated cancellations, inappropriate behavior, or breach of these terms.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

8.1 Cloud Pathways Tuition reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Students and parents will be notified of significant changes.
